Polina Panainte is Deputy Director at the Association for Participatory Democracy ADEPT, with over 17 years of experience in managing projects in the areas of democratic governance, electoral processes, public administration and gender equality. As Secretary of the Civic Coalition for Free and Fair Elections, she facilitates dialogue between civil society, electoral authorities and international partners, promoting reforms and initiatives to strengthen electoral integrity. Her expertise includes public policy research, project management, resource mobilization and the development of strategic partnerships. She holds a Master in Public Policy from University College London (UCL) and a Master in Political Science from the State University of Moldova. Previously, she coordinated projects at UN Women, NATO CID and provided national and international consultancy on good governance, European integration, civic participation and civil society, gender inclusion and combating disinformation.
